عریان و مست ها!

در بزم عریان ها کس چه داند همه محفوش نیستند. عمر مان

گذشت و این را ندانستیم ؛ علل ویرانه های که به میخانه‌ها میایند چیست ؟

گروهی از مستی ! گروهی از درد ! گروهی از تنهایی !

#سالهاست از آن کوچهء میگذرم ! 

فقط رنگِ دیوار و شکلِ دروازه ها تغیر کرده است ! 

کوچه همان کوچه است ! 

ولی در کُلِ دیار ، فقط تو تغیر کرده یی ! 

سالهاست درد هایم را کنار می‌گذارم ؛ بعضاً می بلعم !

گاهی بُغضِ در گُلو ام میگیرد !

و نزدِ مجسمهء تو میرم ؛ و مینگرم !

بر خود ، تو و خاطره هایم خیره میشوم ، تمام خاطراتم را در شهر اسطوره ساختیم !

من بر وصف خاطراتم زنده ام ، و این محال مرا بسوی قهقرای اتمام زندگانی خواهد بُرد !

ایام زندگانی ام را وقف خنده هایت ساختم ! 

چه دانستم در درون لباس ات جز نیرنگ و دو جمال بیش نیست !

زندگی ام را در تمثیل عشق باختم !

این روز ها مجالِ عطف گشته !!! 

به هر جاه میرم ؛ مرا دیوانه ، ویران ، و بی کس گفته ؛ لگد های سنگینی بر جمالم میزنند !

من کسی نبودم ؛ که چنین ام ! 

    -  مسرت و مستی  های را که من داشتم با شور و اشتیاق رخنه با دیار و پرندگان آسمان نبود !

دردِ عشق مرا مهجور بیابان ها ساخته !

و در کُل به یک امید خواهم ماند !

What is Strategic Management ?

Once there were two company presidents who competed in the same industry. These two

presidents decided to go on a camping trip to discuss a possible merger. They hiked deep

into the woods. Suddenly, they came upon a grizzly bear that rose up on its hind legs and

snarled. Instantly, the first president took off his knapsack and got out a pair of jogging

shoes. The second president said, “Hey, you can’t outrun that bear.” The first president

responded, “Maybe I can’t outrun that bear, but I surely can outrun you!” This story

captures the notion of strategic management, which is to achieve and maintain competitive

advantage.

Definition of 'SM' Strategic Management;

Strategic management can be defined as the art and science of formulating, implementing,

and evaluating cross-functional decisions that enable an organization to achieve its 

objectives. 

As this definition implies, strategic management focuses on integrating management,

marketing, finance/accounting, production/operations, research and development, andi nformation systems to achieve organizational success. The term strategic management int this text is used synonymously with the term strategic planning. The latter term is moreo often used in the business world, whereas the former is often used in academia. 

Sometimest the term strategic management is used to refer to strategy formulation, implementation, and

evaluation, with strategic planning referring only to strategy formulation. The purpose of

strategic management is to exploit and create new and different opportunities for tomorrow;

long-range planning, in contrast, tries to optimize for tomorrow the trends of today.

خیلی شب هاست میخواهم بنویسم !

خیلی شب هاست میخواهم بنویسم؛

از دردِ بی پایان و سوزوار، و از محنتِ روزگار!

روزگار ِ که بر ذهن ام ذیق آمده

و در تنگای نفس هایم برافراشته شده،

این جاده ها وسعت اش را برای عبورم تنگ ساخته!

روز ها برای غروب خورشید انتظار می کشم،

تا بغض هایم را بر کدور این غروب دور سازم!

ولی زمان محال ام نمی‌دهد !

هر ثانیه مکرراً برای گذشته ام تعنه می‌زند!

هواس ام همه جاه پرت شده است، 

عبور روز و شب - و دمایش آدم ها، 

به تاریکی های هولناکی می‌کشاندم؛

هر چند؛

 می‌خوانم، می‌سرایم، می نگارم - اما نمیدانم کجا نقطه ای انجام نهم؟
